At entity level, we confirm the institution itself, including its registration and ownership.

Individual level

At individual level, we verify the signatories and representatives who can instruct on its behalf.

Ongoing monitoring

Once a client is onboarded, ongoing watchlist monitoring through Persona keeps that verification current for the life of the relationship.

Why onboarding matters

Onboarding is often where a new institutional relationship slows down. Compliance teams supply the same corporate documents to each new counterparty, and a change of signatory can restart the process. A verification standard that matches what those teams already apply internally shortens that cycle and gives both sides a record they can rely on.
